The Lost Alpha Queen: Heaven and Hell Bound

Chapter 80

Chapter 80

Katrina’s POV

I exhaled sharply and ran a hand through my hair. "I don't remember everything clearly, but what I do know is that I was attacked, left for dead, and rescued by Katrina. I lost my memory for a long time, and only now do I realize my true identity."

The women murmured among themselves before one of them spoke up again. "Your brother has been rebuilding the Indigo Pack. But it is not the same as before."

My brows furrowed. "What do you mean?"

"The Pack is now split into two. Those who support your brother, Dorian, remain in the Pack, while those who oppose him have been banished here."

A heavy weight settled in my chest. "Why would they oppose him?"

The woman’s gaze darkened. "Because your brother is not the supposed leader. He has turned cruel, obsessed with power."

My breath hitched. I wanted to tell them that wasn't the case but I recalled vividly how he almost killed me. If Katrina hadn't found me then, I'd have probably been dead by now.

And I had gone to him for help, thinking he'd truly help me. But he didn't.

He betrayed me still and wanted to get rid of me.

"Now, his hatred burns deep. He seeks revenge for what happened to the Indigo Pack. And his thirst for power has led him down a dangerous path."

I swallowed hard, dread settling in my stomach. "What is he planning?"

The oldest of the women stepped forward, her eyes solemn. "He plans to attack the Crimson Pack tonight."

I stiffened. "What?"

"He plans to usurp the Alpha," she continued. "He believes Crimson Pack is weak, vulnerable. He intends to strike at their heart and take control."

My heart pounded wildly in my chest. "He can't. He can't do that. There will be a war. Countless lives will be lost."

The women nodded gravely. "And if he succeeds, he won't stop there. He will seek vengeance against all the Packs who stood by and did nothing during the massacre of the Indigo Pack. He will burn them all to the ground."

Panic surged through me. This wasn’t just about Dorian. This was about the future of every Pack. If he truly intended to start a war, he had to be stopped.

I clenched my fists. "I need to get to Crimson Pack. I have to stop him."

"You are not strong enough," one of the women protested. "You need to rest."

"I don’t have time to rest," I growled. "My brother is about to commit a grave mistake, and if I don't stop him, the consequences will be catastrophic."

The women exchanged worried glances before one of them let out a sigh. "Very well. We will help you. But you must understand, if you go down this path, there is no turning back because you are the true heir."

I met her gaze with unwavering resolve and I nodded in acceptance.
