Julian suddenly frowned and asked seriously, "The Lakeside District?"

"Exactly!" Malcolm nodded.

Julian took a deep breath, thought for a moment, and said, "Didn't we bid on that piece of land before? But then we realized that it was unprofitable and gave up on it, right? Why did the Remington family decide to buy the land over there?"

Malcolm shook his head slightly and his gaze turned cold as he said, "I don't know. I just heard it from Jacob last night."
