Destined by One Night: The CEO's Pursuit

Chapter 103

Chapter 103

Velma really ran out of the company.

The words of Malcolm and Julian shocked her.

After she returned to her car and sent a message to the manager of her department to take a leave, she drove after Julian.

There were only a few agencies in Fielddell for DNA identification, and Velma could guess that Julian would definitely go to the largest identification agency in Fielddell.

She followed him all the way and saw Julian's car.

Her eyes were still red as she stared coldly at Julian's car.

She thought, "Carolyn, I won't let you come back to the Remington family. Don't think about taking anything that belongs to me.

You can only be dead forever."

Velma bit her lower lip. Today, she was even more anxious than the night when she lost her virginity.

Virginity didn't matter for rich ladies. Everyone was clear about their lifestyle.

But without the identity of the daughter of the Remington family, she would lose everything.

When she was young, she looked like Carolyn. Every time her parents saw her, they would feel a little relieved.

But as she grew up, their relief was gone, because now she didn't look like Carolyn at all.

Every time her mother saw her, she would sigh. At that time, she knew that her mother was thinking of her own daughter.

She was not their biological child. Even if they regarded her as their own and gave her what other rich ladies had, she was still not satisfied.

The only thing she wanted was Malcolm.

She also wanted the love of her parents and her two brothers.

Velma followed Julian all the way, and sure enough, she saw Julian enter the largest identification agency in Fielddell.

There happened to be someone she knew here. She pulled off a strand of her hair and sat in the car, waiting.

Holding the steering wheel, she was so nervous and afraid that she was curled up.

Malcolm's attitude towards Marilyn was so good that she was afraid.

She had never seen Malcolm's gentle eyes as if he suddenly had everything he wanted.

After watching Julian drive away, she quickly got off and went to the agency.

Julian drove to the main road and then slowed down, seeing Velma walk in.

He sneered.

After parking the car, he got off and followed Velma in.

He thought, "Velma, you are toast this time.

You even dared to do such a thing."

After Marilyn accompanied Denise through all the checks, it was almost twelve o'clock.

Fortunately, Denise and the child were fine.

And Denise could be discharged. Marilyn helped her with the discharge formalities, and the two slowly walked out of the hospital.

Marilyn asked, "Denise, what are your plans for the future?"

Denise glanced at her and said with a smile, "Lynn, after listening to your story, I think I was a coward. Now I have decided to give birth to a child. No matter what happens in the future, it will be the greatest happiness to be with my child."

When Marilyn heard this, she nodded in relief. She had chosen to give birth to the children without hesitation because she had no family.

But time proved that her choice was right.

Seeing that there was hope in Denise's eyes again, Marilyn was relieved.

"Then take care of yourself in the future. Have a good rest and come for a regular check-up. If you need someone, you can call me on the weekend."

Denise looked at her and nodded gratefully, "Marilyn, I am really grateful to you for saving me and my child. Although I don't know if it is a son or a daughter, now I am looking forward to its arrival.

"I haven't been working since I graduated, but my mother has good skills. Now I have learned them. I want to run a small restaurant. In the future, I will rely on myself to support myself and my child.

"It will be inconvenient to go to work. I have to take care of my child. In a few days, when the child's condition stabilizes, I want to see if there is a suitable shop nearby."

Marilyn looked at her. Denise looked firm with expectation in her eyes.

A mother was invincible.

However, Marilyn asked worriedly, "Denise, you are pregnant now. You can't be too tired. There are many things to do in the restaurant. You have to clean all kinds of food and stay up late at night. How can you take that?"

Denise smiled and shook her head, "Marilyn, I can find someone to help. I have someone I can trust. Don't worry about me.

"You have taken care of me for the whole night. Your children are still waiting for you at home. Go home now. I'll take a taxi home. I'll call you at night."

"Okay! Then keep in touch. I will move in the future and will not be far from you. I have triplets. They will all come here to attend school. When your child is born, they can be friends."

"God!" Denise covered her mouth in surprise and looked at Marilyn. "Lynn, you are really lucky. You are actually triplets. This is really rare."

A look of envy appeared in Denise's eyes.

More surprisingly, Marilyn actually took care of three children so well by herself.

Thinking back to her foolish thoughts, Denise felt that she had wasted a lot of time.

The child was the proof of her and Jacob's love. Although they broke up, it didn't matter. People had a lot of things they couldn't help.

Now, she could understand Jacob.

He did this to keep her from being forced by Debbie. The barbecue stall was the only source of income for the Warren family. Her brother was still in college. Without this source of income, they couldn't afford college.

She looked into the distance. The weather was pretty good.

She thought, "Jacob, although I am not the best, you will never meet someone like me.

In the future, I will never love someone so much, even if that person is you."

Marilyn looked at her and smiled. "No matter how tired I am at work, as long as I see the three of them, I will be especially happy. All the exhaustion will disappear."

Marilyn smiled with a bright and happy face, like the morning sun, gorgeous and beautiful.

Then, they chatted for a while. A taxi came over. Marilyn asked Denise to leave first. She waited for a long time before another taxi came over.

She took a taxi downstairs and went to the snack shop to pack some simple dishes for lunch before rushing home.

Dominic was very obedient. He got up early in the morning and cleaned up the house. Then he read a book, quietly waiting for his mother to come back.

When he heard the sound of the door opening, he looked up and smiled.

When Marilyn entered, she saw her son greeting her with a smile. Her face lit up.

"Dominic, are you hungry?" She put the things she brought on the table and then went to change her shoes.

Dominic got up, walked to the table, and sat down. "I'm not hungry. You came back in time."
