"Take off your clothes, "

"W-What? "

"Didn't you hear me? "

"B-But I-I—"

"Stop stuttering and do as I say, " Calvin rolled his eyes. "I don't have time to baby you, "

"Y-You don't have to… I-I can bath my-myself, " The omega looked down while fiddling with his fingers.

His mate released a heavy sigh while closing his eyes. "What are you gonna do about that big ass wound on your back? Leave it as it is? Just stop spouting nonsense and take off your clothes, " The beta gritted his teeth.

Rain gulped. Calvin was annoyed. He didn't want to test the beta anymore.

The boy slowly unbuttoned the shirt that Amelia made him wear at the clinic. It was a comfortable loose one. The fabric was soft so it didn't hurt him when it touched his wounds.

Rain flushed when he took off the shirt. He could feel his mate's heated glare on his body.

"Do it quickly. What are you being so shy about? We have the same things, " Calvin rolled his eyes again.

It would be a lie if Rain said that his mate's words didn't hurt him.

It stung like hell to hear him say that.

It meant Calvin doesn't feel even a bit of attraction towards him. The beta might not have any feelings towards him like how he feels towards his mate.

The omega jumped back into reality when he heard his mate's voice.

Rain bit his lips, a helpless look taking over his face as he turned to Calvin.

Rain got into the tub like a puppet listening to orders. He sank into the lukewarm water with a sigh.

He was flustered being naked in front of his mate but Calvin didn't feel anything towards him and he didn't want to make it awkward by being shy.

The omega flinched slightly when his mate's cold fingers touched his shoulders. Calvin softly caressed the boy's skin.

"Straighten your back and let me examine the wounds, "

"O-Okay, "

"That's a big one on your back. We'll have to patch it up, " Calvin frowned "Let me see your front, "

Rain held his breath when the beta leaned over to look past his shoulder. The boy's cheeks turned red and he closed his legs, instinctively trying to hide his private parts.

He managed to hide how he felt till now but Calvin being so close was making his wolf go crazy.

"There are wounds on your chest too, "

The omega nodded.

"I'm gonna wash your hair now. Lean back so the shampoo won't hurt your cuts, " He said, standing up to take the shampoo.

Rain closed his eyes and bit his lips.

He just wanted it to be over.

It felt like an hour had passed before the boy was cleaned up. Calvin made the omega stand up and gave him a towel.

"Dry yourself and don't press on your cuts too much, " He said and turned back.

He opened a drawer and took out the first aid kit.

Rain silently watched him. He didn't know what to say.

He felt tired.

His body was hurting and his mind was a mess.

The omega nervously curled his blonde locks around his fingers as he stood there.

"Get on top of the counter, " Calvin turned to his mate.

The boy slowly walked up towards the counter and tried to lift himself to sit on it but unfortunately, he couldn't.

Every time Rain tried to lift himself his wounds hurt like hell. The omega whimpered as he looked down.

Calvin clicked his tongue. "Annoying, " He whispered under his breath before picking Rain up and setting him on top of the counter.

"I'm gonna clean the cuts, "

Rain nodded as the beta said. He watched as his mate gently cleaned the cuts with a cotton ball.

"This might hurt a little so be prepared, "

"Ngh! "

Rain didn't have the chance to prepare for the stinging pain. He hissed and dug his nails into his mate's shoulders as the beta applied the medicine on his wounds.

The omega's lips wobbled and eyes welled up from the pain. He tried to hold his tears but it was no success.

"H-Hurts, "

"I know, " Calvin whispered in reply.

His voice was gentle but the omega couldn't concentrate on it because of the pain. The beta softly caressed his mate's cheek to distract him from the pain.

No matter how much Calvin tried to ignore it, the omega's painful whimper made his wolf restless.

He tried to concentrate on the wounds to stop his eyes from wandering on the boy's body. Rain was slim with wide hips. His skin was soft and supple.

He's an omega after all so it's not a surprise for him to have delicate features.

The beta looked at the reflection of Rain's back in the mirror as he started to put medicine on the cuts there.

"Mhmm! " Rain gripped the beta's hands and snuggled into his mate's chest. He bit his lips hard to stop the whimpers.

A strong scent of roses rushed into Calvin's nostrils all of a sudden, causing him to freeze.

His wolf whined and paced restlessly in his mind, wanting to claim the omega in front of him right then.

Rain flinched when his mate's nose suddenly touched his nape. He gulped as he felt the beta slowly scenting him.

The omega felt his whole body tremble. He felt like melting from the feeling. It was pleasure, happiness, excitement, nervousness, and fear altogether.

"Stay still, " Calvin whispered, one of his hands holding the omega still.

Rain let out a helpless whimper as his mate's tongue darted out, sucking and kissing on the nape of his neck.

He tried to close his legs instinctively but Calvin was in between them so he could only whine.

"C-Calvin, " Rain panted out, his face flushed and eyes clouded with lust.

The beta stepped back with wide eyes. He took in the sight in front of him.

There was a red mark on the omega's neck.

His mate was panting, all flushed while covering his lower area with his hands.
