Jaime POV

Hearing my girl ask Susie the questions she needed to achieve her goal at being a brat made me smile, of course I could count on someone to make my day, after the high snobby way Susie was being towards me and Mykel a change of fresh air is always a good thing.

Susie left and never cared to even say a word to anyone of us here and that is shameful in every way, so what if she moved forward she had a duty as a pack member to inform me her Alpha any changes to her life!

“I don’t believe we ever met, but to answer your request in learning of antiquities, a Luna holds more then just having or not her wolf, it a job that requires more consideration of how to handle and express details that the Alpha cannot gather at the moment.” She answers in her stubbern old ways, I grin my teeth as I walk to Britney to try and help her, unlike Susie who was born of a Gamma and a Luna, Britney is a simple Omega, standing next to her I kissthe top of her hea.

“My name is Britney and I am Alpha Jaime’s chosen Mate, we are expecting our first pup actually, forgive me for being so hormonal” she answers with elegance and it’s cleare she is annoyed at having Susie here knowing she was my fated mate who never accepted my rejection.

“Congratulations, my mate and Alpha Neo and I run Green Pack for the last year, soon you will know of our progress but for the remaining time we are here it is more important to discuss the troubles your pack is experiencing” she finishes her words and walks to take a seat next to her proud Alpha, dick head.

After we eat and had our minutes to diagest the food we requested everyone of the room that werent of the alliance to leave, Brisnet took her seat next to me but during all of this Susie was looking at each of us with eyes of judgment, I have known her for years so her facial features are not difficult for me to read.

“Now let us commence, Alpha Neo we are giving you the lead in this investigation because your pack works the elder consul in the union of packs, and from I was informed you are the leader of their division, which if I may add is impressive and frightening.” I state and he smiles then chuckles, giving me goosebumps.

“We lead a very special unit, but depending on the state of emergency is how many we take with us, it’s usually me that goes alone, there are times I go with my Luna, and when it requires to eliminate an entire pack or two which has been the most we have had to face a small group is made, of no more then 12, but enough of that, lets go and work with your problem and clean this mess.” As soon as he said those words a witch entered the room and just as she did Britney asked to go to the bathroom, she took herself up and left without me saying alright or not, whatever it happened I’m sure it’s her nauseas.

“Alpha Neo there is a dark magic at play, you were right, there is a very strong residue of black magic at work here, who is missing from those that are here?” The witch that appeared her stated and I growl because the one hwo just left is my mate.

“Britney my mate who is currently pregnant with our pup!” I shout angry as to her statement.

Just as I was about to get up and demand her to leave my pack my mate decided to return looking like she just threw up I move myself on her direction instead and hold onto her for a couple of minutes before she talks to me in a very fragile voice.

I’m sorry I’m not feeling that well at the moment I think something around or my own stress has cut up to me again Jamie I will be in our bedroom if you need me I’m terribly sorry Luna Susie I hope that we can continue conversation later on or sometime soon, as well as our new guest, excuse me” she says with elegance and pain in her voice at the end.

“Wait I’m sorry Luna is it possible if I could conduct a protective spell on you so that no magic can come to revolve around you and your pup?” The witch says and I growl lowly being protective of both my pup and Britney but she holds my hand to help me calm down.

“It would be my absolute pleasure I will commit thank you Jamie it’s all right she’s only going to protect us that is what they’re here for right?” She answers and reassured me I kiss her forehead and help the witch come near her without harming her.

After a small while that she takes her time in placing the spell on my mate the witch walks away to sit near Alpha Neo. When Britney leaves I take my seat again and then we continue to discuss the plans and theories they have with their information when I receive another mind link from a warrior.

‘Alpha there is a small group of men asking to enter the pack they say they work for Alpha Neo and the council’ as I take these news Neo’s cell vibrates and he takes it after asking to be excused.

“Alpha Jaime the last of my people are here please do allow them in I believe you have been mind linked of their arrival” he asked me and gave the agreement to my warrior to then ask.
