HARD ON
HARD ON
“Really?” Angela replied softly as her heart kept pounding. The room was dimly lit, soft music playing in the background as Antonio pulled her and wrapped her up in his embrace. Their bodies moved in sync, Antonio's hands sliding gently down Angela's back, she closed her eyes in pleasure. “Don't you want this too? A real relationship, a marriage, a true union for us to stay together, just the two of us.” He whispered into her red flushed ears. Angela closed her eyes, trying to fight back tears of excitement. “Of Course, that's all I ever wanted.” She replied tightly. “Then why can't I feel the excitement? You said it yet why are you so cold and nervous?” Antonio whispered, his voice low and husky. "What about Grandma? I still feel guilty, how are we going to fix it?” She asked. Antonio's breath caught in his throat, his heart racing at the thought of that. She was right. They had to clear everything up with his grandma. He smiled at her and kissed her cheek. “You don't need to worry I will tell her everything myself.” He managed to reply. Angela turned and met Antonio's gaze. “How will you do that? She is going to be hurt, we deceived her all this while, she is going to be shattered… I don't want her to be heartbroken." she murmured, her voice shaking slightly. Antonio's lips brushed against Angela's ear, his voice tender and urgent. "I know my love but I can't hide our relationship anymore," he said. "It's time to tell Grandma the truth, Angel. Yes, it will hurt her but I know my grandma very well, if anything, she will be more than glad to see that we are together for real." Angela closed her eyes, her heart filling with both dread and anticipation at Antonio's words. She knew he was right—they couldn't keep their love a secret forever. But the thought of Grandma's reaction, of the hurt and betrayal she would feel, was enough to make Angela's stomach churn with anxiety. “I hope so… I really hope so”. She muttered. Antonio cupped Angela's face in his hands, his eyes fixed on hers with unwavering intensity. "I'll be with you every step of the way, Angela," he said, his voice filled with conviction. "We'll face this together, no matter what happens, you have to trust me, you have nothing to be afraid of, I am very certain Grandma is nothing to worry about." He winked. Angela nodded, her body still trembling with a mix of nerves and desire. "I love you, Antonio," she whispered, her voice breaking slightly. "I love you more”. He whispered huskily. Angela rolled her eyes trying to hide her flushed face. “Well, I love you the most”. She replied. “I don't think so, I love you the most”. Angela frowned about arguing about it but urgently Antonio pressed his lips to hers in a passionate kiss, his hands roaming over her body with newfound urgency. The room became a blur of tangled sheets and heated breaths as Antonio and Angela lost themselves in each other's embrace, their bodies moving in a rhythm as old as time itself. **** The next morning, a heavy knock sounded on Angela's door. “Go away”. Angela groaned lowly and cuddled up into Antonio's arms. “Angela!” The twins' voice called and they banged on the door again. Antonio stared down at Angela, she looked really into her sleep. “The twins are awake”. He whispered into her ears with a smile. Angela made some gibberish sounds squeezing herself further into his arms, resting on his broad chest. Antonio shook his head with a smile. The knock came again, Antonio pulled the duvet to cover Angela's naked body lying on top of his. He lifted his head and answered. “Come in”. The twins pushed the door open and rushed towards the bed. “Angela!” They paused abruptly seeing Angela being held in Antonio's arms and Antonio giving them the silent signal, a finger on his lips. “Is she sick?” Lia whispered. “She is not sick, stop asking stupid questions”. Her twin Liya snapped in a whisper too. “We need her to do our homework”. Lia said to Antonio, showing him their exercise notebook. “Why didn't you talk to Jace?” Antonio asked. “Jace doesn't know math!” Lia snapped. “All he knows is football!” Liya contributed. Antonio felt Angela's hand on his shaft under the duvet. He straightened up like he was stung by a bee. “Are… you… okay?” Lia asked. Antonio smiled nervously then cleared his throat. “Let me see the math homework”. He said scratching his ear trying not to lose control and break character. The twins' face lit up when he said that, they walked quietly in a dramatic manner and gave the books to him. “Now go back to your former positions “. Antonio instructed. The twins went back to the same spot they stood. And watched him do the assignment making faces that they find very awkward. “The kids are here you know”. He whispered to Angela covering his mouth so they wouldn't see his lips moving. “It's your fault for getting a hard on early morning, I can't just stare at it”. Angela replied. “Did you hear something?” Lia asked her twin. “All done!” Antonio shouted to distract them.
