Chapter 188: Bitterness, Hate, and Love

He soon joined them and jogged. The family of four had a nice time that morning and Junxie Li sat in the garden intending to discusss the forthcoming birthday when Julia arrived.

He saw his brother and Theresa sitting together and the younger fellas with them. They each sat on their parents' thighs.

They saw their uncle and jumped down from their parents' thighs and ran towards their uncle screaming " uncle Julia!" "Uncle Julia"

His unhappy mood disappeared. He smiled broadly and squatted, bringing himself to the height of the boys.

He embraced them, and held him close to himself. He missed them greatly. Why would their dad restrained him from being with them?

Theresa saw Julia's action and knew he missed his nephews. She glanced briefly at Junxie and saw him totally immersed in his phone.

Why the sudden concentration on his phone when Julia arrived as if he was not the one talking and gisting with her a few minutes ago.

" Hello Julia" Theresa passed a greeting to the happy uncle. He placed his arms on the boys chins.

He smiled. He looked calm but sickly. His face was void of that usual fragrance that it often has and would almost mistake him to be older than Junxie.

" Hello Theresa" Julia glanced at him with a smile. Theresa saw him and squinted. Something isn't right. Is Julia mourning Rita's lost pregnancy?

Why is he looking so pale and haggard facially? She saw him in the office the day before and he didn't look so worried sick.

Julia raised himself and held the hands of the two boys. He doesn't know yet if his brother would frown at him for coming to his Mansion contrary to his warning.

He got closer and glanced at Theresa with a questioning stare and then to his brother. When he looked at Theresa again, she shrugged and nodded indicating that he greets him.

"Hi brother" Julia greeted and Junxie nodded. He didn't say anything else and stood up, Theresa Mo beckoned to Julia and they followed him.

Junxie called the master of the boys quarters and asked that the boys have a warm bath before joining them in the main mansion.

When they got into the sitting room, they used the back door and heard a car horn getting into the vast compound of Junxie's mansion.

"That would be Lanre, he said he was coming over to see the boys this morning" Julia announced, sinking into the sofa while Junxie went upstairs with Theresa Mo to have a quick bath.

"You bathe first and I bathe after you" Theresa Mo suggested, pulling her joggers off. "Why can't we bathe together, isn't the bathroom wide enough for us?" Junxie asked.

Theresa Mo shrugged, there isn't anything special about bathing together. He takes a shower and she takes the bath tube.

That way the lovers got in together and bathed. Junxie wouldn't let Theresa bath until he had a quick sex with her.

He took her in the bath and though it wasn't long, it was great.

Minutes after they arrived in the sitting room, they saw the boys were back, wearing an identical charcoal grey polo and jeans.

Lanre was in the company of Rosa and Julia was sipping wine. The two other adults both held a glass in their hands indicating they were having a drink and entertaining themselves.

Theresa came downstairs and Junxie behind her. She saw the happy adults and her belly sweet. Her friends turned family and her dear brother in-law to be.

" So glad to see you all. I've been thinking of asking you all to come together and help us plan for the wedding.." Theresa chimed.

She is happy, she's tying the knot with her charming prince. They just had sex a few minutes ago and Junxie was moaning out in pleasure and telling her how much he loves her.

She loves him too. Saying "I do" to him is a dream come true. Junxie walked over and stood by her side, they looked perfect together.

" You and Junxie are getting married!!" Julia asked, his eyes full of surprise and his smile forced everyone present to smile, it was contagious.

Theresa nodded, smiling broadly. She hadn't told him yet. Only Lanre knows Rosa, if Lanre told her.

Julia placed his tumbler down and stood up, hugging Theresa and kissed her temple before hugging his brother too.

" Congratulations to you both. Yours is a story of bitterness,hatred and a conquering love. Remember the first day you knew who Junxie is, you were like tearing his flesh off his bone.

The anger and hatred in your eyes tells how much you detest him that day. You slapped him and for the first time in my life, I saw my brother was slapped by a woman.

And that day, I learnt my brother has a great level of tolerance. From the way he was calm and stared at you , I know he would fall in love with you.

I am happy for you both. Junxie, Theresa, you both deserve each other. Congratulations…" Julia chimed.

Theresa Mo felt guilty. She had slapped Junxie that day. She had said horrible words at him the next day and even accused him of going to hotels to take advantage of drunk women.

She regretted her actions that day. She judged him wrongly and he didn't struggle to justify his actions nor try to explain that he was helping her and fell victim to the drug as well.

Her eyes welled up and she turned to Junxie, burying her head on his torso." I'm sorry I misjudged you that day.." she apologized.

Junxie Li hugged her waist, and chuckled aloud " if I was the one, I possibly would have been more aggressive than you were that day" he replied, raising her head and kissing her.

He soon let her go. Rosa came over and hugged her " Congratulations bestie. You deserve to be happy girlfriend"

Rosa caressed her chin and Theresa thanked her, her eyes becoming teary again. She saved her that day, gave her food and a shelter.

Gave her some of her dress and took her in as her family. She and her family were the only ones Theresa Mo could call a family.

" Thank you Rosa" Theresa Mo appreciated. Lanre hugged Junxie and then his sister and congratulated them.

" Let's make a toast to this great news," Julia declared.

CHAPTER 189; “At The Orphanage!"

They all poured themselves drinks and made a toast before they drank. The boys were happy at the news of their parents getting married.

They only know the most important thing about their parents getting married is that their mummy wasn't going to leave their daddy and them again like they've always feared.

The adults sat down and the boys soon ran off, bored to be with the adults who didn't know how to run around.

" When is the date for the wedding?" Lanre asked and Theresa said three weeks time but they needed to know the auspicious day.

Theresa said they hadn't informed Junxie's parents yet and she, besides Aunt Lulu, doesn't have anyone else to inform.

Lanre was already there and he is the only immediate family she knows. They would do that first before deciding on the particular day to choose.

While the adults talk and chat, Julia forgot his challenge. He looked so vibrant and active. One wouldn't know what he was facing at the moment.

" Before the wedding, my sons birthday comes up next week, I want to suggest we have it celebrated at the Paradise Hotel.." Junxie Li stated.

Everyone thought about it carefully and Julia said it would be good if they celebrate it at the amusement park and make the public know that there are young masters in Li's family.

Besides the immediate family and some employees of the family, no one knows about the existence of the Younger generation of the family.

What Julia said made some sense. It's time he made it public. His sons are the heirs of the family and he would make them appear once to the public.

But there have to be some restrictions about it. They will have to be in masks. Their faces mustn't be exposed to anyone else besides their family and employees.

Lanre didn't say anything. He doesn't know if it would be accepted by Junxie. If it was his sister, he would convince her to do what he would suggest.

Seeing Lanre wasn't saying anything, Theresa Mo asked " You are having somewhere else in mind that you intend to suggest to us?" She saw her brother suddenly become lost in thought and knew he had something else to say.

Lanre smiled. " You read my thoughts, Theresa. It might sound odd though, but how about they celebrate with children at the city orphanage?"

There was silence. No one was thinking about such a place. Nor did it cross anyone's mind to suggest Such a place.

Theresa knew Lanre remembered his past, the early part of his life and how he grew up in the orphanage,

What his life would have looked like if he wasn't adopted. He has a family but he was separated from them by women of a mean character.

She would support and approve of where her brother suggested. After all he is also an uncle to the boys like Julia is.

" I think I agree with what Lanre said. Those children in the orphanage desire to be loved. They needed someone to identify with them, make them feel important too.

Some are destitute and don't know what love is from a family or parents. All they have got is from their mates and going to celebrate with them brings smiles and hope to their faces.

Wouldn't it be better to celebrate the Li's boys in such a place where their presence brings a gleam of light to those who think all is lost?

Give them gifts, take pictures with them, listen to the heart touching stories of some of them? I think Lanre's idea needed to be considered.."Rosa expanciated.

Junxie Li squinted. The orphanage where they can affect the lives of the less privileged. That would be better than going to the amusement park.

If Theresa had given birth to his boys' and dumped them in the orphanage and gone away, maybe they also might be like every other child there.

Some were victims of circumstances while some ended up there by cruel hearts of some people like the case of Lanre.

He glanced at Theresa and she nodded and then at Julia and he did Same. Junxie shrugged and declared " They will celebrate at the orphanage!"

Lanre glanced at him with surprise. Did Junxie Li agree to what he suggested? The latter glanced back at him with a quick smile and shrugged.

Molly Mo decided to locate a certain person she hadn't gotten in contact with for many years now. It was while Anita was alive that he did a job for them.

Someone needs to help her take care of Theresa Mo once and for all. That girl has grown wings and is not only flying but soaring higher than she can be reached.

She wants to tame her, bring her down to the lowest part and curtail her excesses. She can't wait for Theresa Mo to take over Mo's business before she acts.

Otherwise, if she was able to eliminate her, her shares and ownership goes to her sons. That isn't going to happen while she's still alive.

She found out the address and came face to face with the man who helped to eliminate Ye Xiaoxi!
