Trapped by Him

Chapter 125

Chapter 125

Gloria looked at Patrick coldly. "So, Mr. Hammond, you want to sleep with me too?"

Patrick was so angry that he laughed. "Sure, you don't have to go back today. I will be your customer today."

A hand reached up to Patrick. He looked at Gloria's hand and asked, "What do you mean?"

Gloria said confidently, "Money. Though you are the boss of the Fittro Club, you still need to pay."

Patrick's eyes were filled with shock.

He then looked at her palm in front of him. He couldn't describe the feeling. A strange pain filled his heart.

When he first bumped into her, he was full of anger, but he didn't know why he was angry or how to vent it.

Yet at this moment, the woman made him feel depressed. The way he looked at her changed as he said, "Miss Carter, I don't know when you have become so tactful. What happened? Mike doesn't want you anymore? And you've hooked up with Blood Moon Pack's Alpha?"

Gloria stared at Patrick. She was puzzled. How did he know about Derrick?

Patrick looked at her stunned expression. There was a hint of pleasure of revenge but more heaviness in his heart. There was nothing he could do to her.

Patrick had always believed that the greatest blow was strength rather than words. In the face of opponents, he had always been aggressive and merciless.

However, when faced with Gloria, he suddenly felt powerless.

Patrick looked at Gloria. He recalled that she had smiled at Derrick last night and he was so jealous.

He reached out and held Gloria's chin and said fiercely, "Smile."

"What?" Gloria said with difficulty. She didn't know why Patrick had suddenly become angry.

"Don't you understand what I'm saying? I ask you to smile," Patrick ordered.

Patrick's voice was cold. The tougher his attitude was, the more Gloria didn't want to listen to him.

"Gloria, smile." Patrick clenched his teeth.

This made Gloria want to fight back. She looked indifferently at Patrick, thinking, 'Why should I smile? Why should I listen to him? My life is almost ruined by this man. Why would I smile at him?'

She looked at Patrick with hatred in her eyes, which made Patrick feel a stabbing pain in his heart.

Patrick looked at her and asked, "Aren't you smiling? Gloria, can't you even do so? Or do you want this?"

As he spoke, he took out some money from his pocket and asked, "You will only smile after I give you this, right?"

Gloria's eyes slowly turned. Her gaze was focused on the money in Patrick's hand. No one could see what she was thinking at the moment. She looked up and met Patrick's eyes.

She smiled insincerely and asked, "Are you satisfied?"

Was he so happy to force her to do something she didn't like?

Patrick stared at her smiling face. He tried to compare this rigid smile with the one from yesterday.

However, they were completely different.

Derrick's words echoed in Patrick's ears again. "I can make her smile. Can you?"

Patrick questioned himself again and again in his heart.

"Get lost." He swung his arm and shouted angrily, "Get lost. Don't let me see you again."

He seemed to be trying to convince himself. He turned his head and glared at her with red eyes and added, "You make me sick."

Gloria left without saying a word, but there was a familiar pain in her heart. She chose to ignore it.

Patrick felt annoyed while looking at Gloria's disappearing figure.

Why didn't she smile? Why did Gloria, who used to only love him, smile in front of another man?

He punched the wall, and blood streamed down his fist after a muffled sound.

After that day, Patrick didn't come to Fittro Club for a few days, so Gloria felt relaxed for a few days. It was soon Saturday, so she could have a day off.

As expected, Derrick came to the dormitory building, waiting for her to go out for dinner. Carl's restaurant had become the place where Gloria and Derrick visited the most.

Carl was already used to Derrick bringing Gloria to his restaurant.

After lunch, Derrick took Gloria to the cinema.

At this moment, Gloria was still in disbelief. She was actually watching a movie with Derrick. However, a faint smile appeared on her lips.

Derrick had a special charm. If he wanted to be good to someone, that person would definitely be very happy. As she thought of this, the smile on her face suddenly disappeared.

She looked at Derrick beside her with a complicated expression. She had made up her mind that after watching the movie today, she would tell Derrick to stop dating her.

She had to admit that she was greedy for the look that Derrick gave her when he took her for an ordinary woman. There was no contempt or sarcasm in his eyes.

She also admitted that she was greedy for the hope that Derrick brought her while she was in despair.

However, things were developing in a direction that she could not control. She was in a mess, so how could she be worthy of such a good man?

Leaving him was the only choice.

Suddenly, there was something warm covering the back of her hand. Gloria lowered her head as if she had been scalded. Derrick's hand was on hers. He grabbed her hand and said, "Don't move away from me."

Derrick's low voice was irresistible.

Gloria let him hold her hand. She turned her head to watch the movie as if nothing had happened.

However, she was more determined that after the movie, she would make things clear to Derrick.

In the darkness, the moment when Gloria turned her face, a big smile appeared on Derrick's handsome face. He was so happy, yet Gloria didn't see it.

When the movie ended, Derrick refused to let go of Gloria's hand. He held her hand and walked out.

Gloria was a little nervous. She looked at their intertwined hands, thinking, 'Doesn't he feel uncomfortable when our wet hands are clinging together?'
