Twin Sister STOLE My Billionaire Fiance

Mistaken Identity

Mistaken Identity

'Come right in Sandra', Damien invited.

Sandra came in and sat gingerly on a chair Damien pointed at, indicating that she took her seat.

Sandra did not know what to expect, after coming to work on Devon Pharmaceutical Company, after what her fiance had done to her with Viola, she had bowed not to allow herself love another man but Damien's charisma and manners pulled down all her defences and she thought that she could subtly make him fall in love with her but that devil came in, in the name of Violet and she had recalled what s

Violet had done to her and had inadvertently succeeded in doing again - taking away someone she cared about.

'Sandra, would you tell me why you pushed my fiancee down', Damien asked in a very quiet voice that sounded deadly.

Sandra was not afraid, the worst thing that could possibly happen was for Damien to relieve her of her job and though she would not be very happy, but she would satisfy herself that she had unveiled the real Violet.

'Ask her sir', she said looking daggers at Violet. 'She knows and can tell you'.

Violet looked at Damien puzzled.

'That may be so, but I want to hear it all from you Sandra', he said impatiently. 'And I want you to speak fast because I have other things to do'.

'Well sir, I lived in West End with my boyfriend and we were planning on getting married. In fact we were already making preparations' Sandra started. 'I started noticing Violet coming close to my fiancee. At first I thought it was just a harmless flirt and I tried not to termed a fish wife but it was not harmless as I thought because she had a friend of Raymond's working with her and soon, I'd get back from work to see the both of them together'.

'By the both of them, who do you mean? Raymond's friend and Violet?' Damien asked.

'What do you think?' Sandra asked, barely able to hide her impatience. 'Violet and my fiance of course'.

'Dam, she's got me mistaken for another', Violet protested but Damien held up his hand to signify that she should remain silent.

'Continue Sandra', he implored.

'I would come home like I said and see them together. I felt very hurt but I needed to defeat her so I'd pretend that it did not affect me and just go inside and do any house chore that I found'.

Sandra recalled how, her fiancee was surprised at her lack of violence and the mature way she seemed to be handling the situation.

'Why are you not mad or reacting jealously towards the girl or me?' her fiance had asked perplexed. 'Aren't you afraid of losing me?'

'I already have you', she had said confidently to Raymond, a confidence that she did not really feel. 'I do not need to fight over you. You are already mine just like I am yours body and soul'.

After that, Sandra found a change in her fiance. She knew that he had stopped seeing Viola. In fact, he expressly told her that he didn't want to see Viola in their house anymore. 'She wants to destroy our lives by coming between us'.

Sandra had been happy that with mere wisdom and no violence, she had been able to get back her fiance from the wicked seductress called Viola.

But Viola must have felt scorned because she launched a counter attack that Sandra who was basking in the love and renewed attention of her fiance, had not anticipated. She was taken unawares.

One day, she went to the kitchen to get some milk but heard a noise and left her glass of milk on the kitchen cabinet. She came back for the glass of milk and drank it.

She felt dizzy all of a sudden and without suspecting any foul play, attributed it to the recent excitement she had been experiencing. She went to the room she shared with her fiance and lay on the bed and fell into a deep sleep.

Sandra woke when she heard a gasp. She opened her eyes to find her fiance in the room and she was on the bed with a stranger and the both of them were naked.

She could not believe it because the last thing she recalled was going to bed after her glass of milk. How come?

The Stranger ran away, leaving Sandra to face her fiance.

She tried to explain everything to Raymond and though he was angry at first, he calmed and was so understanding or so, Sandra thought.

He made love with Sandra that might and brought her breakfast in bed the next day and Sandra felt like a queen. Happy that a disaster had been averted and grateful for how understanding and loving Raymond was being.

But that same evening, Raymond came home with Viola and threw Sandra out, but not before letting her know in no uncertain terms that Viola was the girl he was going to marry.

All her plea and explanations fell on deaf ears and she had looked at Viola wondering how women could be their own worst enemy.

Sandra had to leave to come to Barnes to recuperate and was succeeding until she saw Viola again. Was she following her about or what? Was it not enough that she had ruined her relationship with Raymond as well as her prospective marriage to him?

'What happened, Violet alias Viola? Did he throw you out? Found you unworthy? I thought you would have been married to him by now!' Sandra said bitterly.

Violet was shocked at what Sandra had been made to go through and could understand now, her animosity. But she could not take the blame for what she did not do.

'Is this true?' Damien asked, the expression on his face showing his shock and disbelief in equal measure.

'Damien , trust me. I didn't do it. It...' Violet started but Sandra interrupted her.

'Of course, it couldn't have been you. Are you afraid of having a taste of your own medicine? You must have heard that what goes around, comes around?' Sandra taunted.

'Keep quiet!' Damien thundered. 'I asked Violet a question. You had your time and you said your piece. I want to hear from Violet now', he said more gently. 'Violet, I want a simple yes or no. Did you do it or not?'

'I did not'. she said simply.

'Then why are you accusing an innocent person of this attrocity?' Damien asked.

'She did it and she is just lying', Sandra said now, really mad. She opened the bag she was carrying and brought out a little purse. From there she brought out a picture of a tall handsome man.

'Do you deny that you do not know the person in this photograph?' she asked, facing the photograph first to Violet and then to Damien.

'I do not'. Violet said. Thinking that she had got her mixed up with someone and it was most probably her twin but she could not be sure but the name she had mentioned Viola. It could only mean one thing and that was that the person she was mixing her up with was indeed her twin but loyalty made her keep her lips sealed. She had to be sure before incriminating herself or her twin.

'Id you do not know the man in that photograph, then how did this come about?' Sandra asked, giving another photograph to Damien this time. She was sure Violet might tear it up in a bid to cover her crimes, if she gave it to her first.

The photograph was of a man and a woman in an intimate embrace while facing the camera. Their faces were clearly visible and could not be mistaken.

'I knew this day would come when I'd have to confront you and I wanted to have proof', Sandra said smiling triumphantly especially when she saw the shock on Damien's face.

'Damien, I can explain ', Violet said, deciding to tell them it wasn't her but her twin but Damien had already taken his coat from the back of the chair where he had hung it and slammed out of the office and out the building.

'What will you do now?' Sandra taunted. 'You have been caught in the trap of your own making'.

Violet looked at her but felt it was useless reasoning with her, she had already made up her mind that she was responsible for her failed relationship and was not ready to listen to anything else. She ran after Damien but was too late because as she got to the entrance, Damien had already got into his car and in a violent screeching of tires, drove off.
