Long-time readers know that to avoid plot holes and to ensure the stories are completed—and since I usually finish millions of words—I have an exceptionally long timeframe for conceiving new books, and I do a lot of preparation. I don't rush into things; if I have an idea, I just start writing without thinking twice, and if I can't continue, I abandon it. So, instead of worrying about a lack of structure, you should help me think of some creative ideas for developing ninjutsu.
Chapter 33 All-Attribute Chakra?
"Shadow Clone Technique!"
"Bang!" "Bang!" "Bang!"
Three shadow clones appeared in response.
Do you think this is over?
Transformation Technique *3
"Bang!" "Bang!" "Bang!"
The shadow clones simultaneously transformed into Anna's appearance, and under Anna's stunned gaze, they walked out of the alley and went in different directions.
"..."
Anna, looking completely bewildered, pointed in the direction the shadow clone had left and murmured to the Su clan's main body, who remained in place, "What... what's going on here?"
"Shadow clones and transformation techniques, just a little trick to confuse Camille and divert her attention from you." Su dared to boast about guaranteeing her safety, so she naturally had a plan in mind.
The fact that those two vampires were able to pinpoint Anna's location so accurately suggests that Camille has definitely located Anna's residence or locked down her activity area. Her shadow clones acting separately should attract vampires from nearby and other areas, creating chaos. Once they realize that these 'Annas' are all fake, it won't be so easy for them to find Anna again.
"come over."
Su called out to Anna, then used Earth Escape Technique to grab her shoulder and dive directly underground.
Poor Anna was unprepared to fulfill her duty and help the Su family verify whether Earth Escape: Earth Submarine could carry people underground.
Vampires have no heartbeat, do not need to breathe, are not afraid of the dark, and do not die easily. Diving deep underground has no impact on them; in fact, it is closely related to them.
Most types of vampires are buried during their transformation.
In Shadow Hunter, if a human is bitten by a vampire or has vampire blood in their body, there are only two possible outcomes: either they are buried in the ground and allowed to transform into a vampire, or they are pierced through the heart with a wooden spike and killed completely.
The same applies to True Love Like Blood. To become a vampire, one must have all the blood drained from their body, then be injected with vampire blood, and finally buried in the ground to await resurrection.
For vampires, the ways of 'living' are basically the same, but the ways of 'dying' are all different.
The death mentioned here does not refer to the method of killing them, but rather to their state after death.
The two vampires killed by Sue were from Shadowhunters. After they died, they turned to ashes, leaving not even a trace. The vampires in True Blood turned into blood after death, which was disgusting. Anna, a vampire from The Vampire Diaries, was relatively normal. She didn't turn to ashes or blood. Her body simply turned into a lime-like substance after death, at least leaving a complete corpse.
The Bald Eagle Hotel, in the back alley.
Su grabbed Anna and brought her to the surface. Once back on the ground, Anna subconsciously looked down at the spot where she was standing and even stomped on it.
Su asked curiously, "What did it feel like?"
"It felt like I was in water. The soil around me turned into water. As I moved, the soil in front of me—no, the soil around me—changed. I've been buried in the soil before, but this is the first time I've ever swum in it!" Anna exclaimed, looking at Su Shi in amazement.
Could this method allow me to sneak into the old cemetery and retrieve my mother?
Anna wanted to ask, but ultimately didn't.
The seal on the old cemetery wasn't simply to imprison her mother and the others underground. If she could rescue them by diving underground, she would have gone back and leveled the cemetery long ago.
"What are we doing here?" Anna asked.
“I’m staying here.” Su pointed to a window in a room in the hotel building. “Can I come up?”
Anna considered for a moment, then nodded: "It should be possible."
"I'll go up first, you follow me."
Su nodded and ran towards the building. Then, stepping on the wall with both feet, he ran to a window on a certain floor in an extremely unscientific way. He formed a hand seal and used Earth Escape: Earth Dive to pass through the wall and enter the room.
"Click."
Sue opened the window and waved to Anna, who was standing below with her mouth agape.
Newton must be turning in his grave!
"I've seen even more surprising things before. It's just running into the room through the wall. It's nothing serious." Anna muttered to herself, then went to the corner of the wall and leaped up. She used her hands to propel herself up the wall and jumped up one hop after another.
Well, this way of climbing walls is somewhat damaging to one's image.
Vampires are usually portrayed as mysterious, elegant, and elusive figures, so why are they climbing buildings like this? Come to think of it, most vampires in American TV shows don't seem to be able to fly; at most, they can be a bit faster and jump a bit higher.
Speaking of flying, Su thought of the sealing techniques she knew.
It's not the Sealing Evil Seal, but the Super Beast Imitation Painting - Tiger's Gaze, or more accurately, the Super Beast Imitation Painting.
This ninjutsu can be considered the Naruto version of Ma Liang's magic paintbrush. Sai, who uses this ninjutsu, often draws animals such as Qilin, pythons, birds, eagles, lions, and rats. Regardless of its power, it is very practical.
With a flick of the wrist, an eagle is painted, bursting forth from the canvas and carrying the artist into flight. What a captivating scene!
Unfortunately, the ninjutsu he didn't draw was unusable. Su tried using Fire Release or Earth Release to perform other ninjutsu of the same element, but it was completely useless. His chakra was rather special; it was considered an all-purpose chakra or all-element chakra. It didn't have any so-called chakra elemental attributes. He didn't need to refine different elemental chakra to perform ninjutsu of different elements; the chakra converted itself, and he could simply form hand seals and release the technique.
While this reduced the difficulty of unleashing ninjutsu, it also limited the possibility of Su learning ninjutsu on his own.
You can forget about using ninjutsu you didn't draw. Want to draw ninjutsu?
Try to spend money.
Yes, that's very much in line with the system's consistent style.
……
P.S.: There were several power outages today. Even turning on the air conditioner caused a power outage. My family was watching TV, but after a while, the TV only had sound and no picture. There was no power in the house, even though the circuit breaker didn't trip. Finally, we contacted the property management and found that the breaker before the outdoor meter seemed loose and burnt out. It's been temporarily tightened, but we don't know if it will cause further problems.
Chapter 34 Eccentric, Old Ghost, Old Yin-Yang Master!
You can't look at things from only one perspective; everything has two sides. Although the possibility of learning ninjutsu independently has been restricted, the benefits of having all-attribute chakra outweigh the drawbacks.
At the very least, once your chakra control reaches a certain level, and you no longer need to form hand seals to release ninjutsu, then it won't just be a matter of clapping your hands and shouting for whatever comes to pass; it will be a matter of releasing all attributes with zero switching! When Hashirama Senju claps his hands, he basically shouts for Wood Release. But I'm different; I release seven attribute ninjutsu. Guess which one I release after clapping my hands?
"Is this your room? Where's the woman you were with during the day? Isn't she your girlfriend?" Anna didn't see anyone else in the room.
"You mean Olivia? She's not my girlfriend, she's my driver and also my friend."
"A driver? You need a driver to drive a Ford?"
"..."
Sue shrugged. Olivia should really hear that.
see that?
The beat-up Ford is being rejected!
"Please make yourself at home. I'll go out and get you a room." Su transformed into a local man using her transformation magic and walked towards the door to leave.
"I...I don't live here?"
Anna was surprised that Sue would give her a private room.
"If you live here, where am I supposed to live?"
"You live here too?"
"Think beautifully!"
Su pursed her lips, tossed her head, and opened the door to leave with a rather arrogant air.
"..."
"Me? Dream on!!!!"
Anna has seen many strange people, but she has never seen anyone as strange as Su.
He claims to like supernatural beings, but when he kills them, he shows no mercy or care. Then, he turns around and says in a serious tone that he wants to make friends with supernatural beings.
There probably aren't many supernatural beings who would dare to be your friend, right?
If you have a fight, you can point at the other person and ask, "Do you want to dance too?"
Which supernatural being would dare to argue with you?!
Being your friend is life-threatening! I really don't know which werewolf is so reckless as to dare to be your friend, and what about Olivia? Being the driver for a weirdo like Sue must be tough, right?
After ranting for a while, Anna's anxiety and worry about the unknown gradually subsided. She lowered her head and gently stroked the sun ring on her hand. Looking at the scattered suitcases not far away, she frowned slightly and walked over.
She has neither obsessive-compulsive disorder nor germaphobia.
Since she was going to be following this strange man, relying on him for protection, and relying on him to rescue her mother, she had to prove herself. Forget about messing around; didn't she see he even booked a room for her? So, tidying up her things and doing some odd jobs was all she could think of for now.
Not long after, Su returned.
“Here’s your room key. I won’t be leaving Brooklyn for the next few days, so please make do with your room. Oh, and if you get hungry, don’t go out to find food; I’ll take care of it for you.” Su handed over the room key and gave a few instructions, then said seriously, “Now that you’re working for me and traveling with me, there’s one thing I hope you’ll remember: no matter the reason, you must not harm anyone around me, at least not while you’re working for me.”
"You mean Olivia? As long as she doesn't mess with me, I... okay, okay, I understand, I promise I won't hurt her." Anna wanted to say that she wouldn't hurt her if she didn't mess with her, but Su's gaze was too sharp, so she had no choice but to change her words.
You're the boss, what you say goes!
Anna didn't know what kind of person Su was. Before this, her actions were based on Su's mysterious and powerful strength.
Obeying the strong is common sense!
"There are plenty of things in the box that you might need. Take whatever you like and use it. Olivia won't mind. You'll get a share when we buy things in the future. If there's anything you want to buy, you can tell me. Olivia isn't very good at spending money, and neither am I. I hope you old devil can help me out."
"Old... Old Ghost?"
"Old vampire."
"..."
"I'm going back to my room."
Anna, her face dark, gripped the room key and left.
Anna's earlier comment that Ford actually needed a driver had the air of an old sage, but Su's comment about an old ghost was even more effective in terms of its destructive power.
Although Anna is old, she looks young. A soul that is about the same age as her body lives in her hundred-year-old body. Even if vampires don't care about age, and the concept of age is hard to apply to the appearance of vampires, who isn't a baby at heart?
If Anna weren't outmatched, she would have loved to show Sue what an old vampire should be like!
Su took a shower and then texted Olivia to tell her what had happened. After all, Anna had joined their search for supernatural creatures today and become one of them, so Olivia had to know about it and get a preliminary understanding of her new colleague.
