Chapter 31 Wizard Levels

"Of course it exists. The gap in magical power between adult wizards and seventh-level wizards is significant, and the difference is even greater among adult wizards," Ryan said.

He waved his wand, summoning a stack of parchment, and used "Flying" to deliver the parchment to everyone: "Everyone can write down the titles that are popular in the wizarding world and that you think represent wizards of different strengths."
