I watched the waves of the sea. Very quiet in this part of the hotel. At least this end of the hotel is so quiet really. There is a veranda here at the end of the hotel, just the right size. I was distracted when the cell phone rang in the pouch bag. I moved slightly away from him and turned to answer that.

"Mom?"

"Celiza, please come here now! Hurry now!" she said in a shaky voice.

"What happened ?!"

"It's Bliss!"

My eyes widened. What happened to Bliss?

"W-what happened to him ---"

"Don't ask Celiza! Get that right here!"

I dropped the call. I faced Magnus who frowned as he looked at me.

"I-I need to leave," I said.

"What happened?"

"I'll drive you."

Magnus is right, there's no taxi. His millions is worth it on his sports car because it's faster than it thought it could be.

I put my mind on Bliss situation during the car ride. I needed it to stop thinking about our kiss. The car ride is quite silent but it's not that awkward.

We got to the hospital quickly.

"Mom!" I rushed towards her.

"What happened?"

“Bliss had a seizure,” she said. Her eyes shifted on my back where Magnus is.

Even before he asked, I preceded him.

"How's Bliss? Can he be seen now?"

"Agnes!"

I frowned and turned in our direction.

"Aurora!" Mom hugged her.

"Everything will be alright Agnes. We're here. We're willing to help," she assured her.

My eyes widened when Magnus grabbed my wrist on the other hand. Now, they're both holding my wrist! His eyes are dark, piercing on mine. Soon he turned his gaze to Toci. His dark stare is terrifying. I had never seen him so dangerous like this before. His stance is telling me he is ready to fight any minute.

While Toci was also staring at him intently. His veins are popping on his neck and arms.

"Let go of her," said Toci.

"Why would I?"

Toci's teeth gritted. "Let go, he says!"

"I won't let go of her."

"You already did. You left him then didn't you? You're a coward, Magnus."

Magnus's jaw tightened.

I look at the two alternately. Tension is fucking rising between the two.

"Celiza is not yours!"

He raised his eyebrows. "Are you sure?"

"You idiot!" Toci immediately let go of my hand. Magnus quickly covered me. I was behind him when Toci punched him in the cheek. It leaned against the wall.

I flinched at the sight of blood coming out on the side of his mouth.

"What happened? Don't know how to use your body, nerd?" Toci teased. It even grinned.

He wiped the blood off the side of his lip and quickly rolled up the sleeve of his polo shirt.

My heart raced and thudded non stop. I was right on the stand.

Toci slammed the next blow with his left fist, Magnus left it when he helped and punched his tyan, it hit the wall.

I lost my mind when Toci complained again. My gosh! Where did Magnus get that strength? My eyes shifted in his muscles, ah maybe there.

"Stop it! Toci what?" I said to him, I intervened but Toci bowed again with a punch. Before Magnus could punch him, he pushed his chest.

It kept looking at me. My eyes are pleading for him to stop and I'm sure he can read it. It's been a hard night for all of us. But this is not the right time for these two to kill each other. My brother is fighting for his life and he is more important than them.

I frowned and turned in the direction from which that cry had come.

The Mother of Magnus approached me tightly, making me close my eyes.

I close my eyes tightly. There is no burden worse tonight.

I averted my eyes from Magnus.

I shouldn't have sent him here. All of this could not have happened.

"We will talk about this tomorrow in my office," he emphatically promised.

I averted my gaze and withdrew the wrist from him. I turned my back on it. Toci and I were right. While its Mother looks down on me.

"I can't believe you Celiza! After all these years, you're just fooling my son!"

"Mom he's not with him---" Toci was cut off by his Mom.

"Then what is Mrs. Morrison saying? For Pete's sake she called us 'low people' is embarrassing! Even if it's just you!"

My teeth gritted when she pushed away my mother's hand when she tried to reach her.
